Health and Wellness 20/30
Health & Wellness 20/30 3 – 8 credits
Grade 11:
Students will spend a semester in Health & Wellness to complete CALM 20. Students will also earn credits in Phys. Ed 20 and/or other health related modules (see below). Students will have the opportunity to direct their learning in terms of how their credits are earned outside of CALM 20.

Students will participate in a variety of physical activities (traditional, recreational & leisure) to promote skill development, positive interactions & appreciate the benefits of daily physical activity.
CALM 20(required for high school graduation)
The aim of Career and Life Management is to enable students to make well informed, considered decisions and choices in all aspects of their lives. Students focus on planning and managing their overall health, resources and potential career paths.
Grade 12:
For students interested in continuing to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Opportunity to receive credits in PE 30, Nutrition, other health related modules, and CALM (if unfinished).
